Hi! I’m Addie — the hands (and heart) behind Cavo’s Cookies. What started as a hobby baking for friends and family quickly turned into something bigger when I began bringing my homemade cookies to work. Working in the world of sports and attending family and friends events, I’d show up with a batch, and before long, I kept hearing the same question over and over: "Do you sell these?"

After so much encouragement (and a lot of empty cookie boxes), I finally decided to turn my passion into a small business.

 

Cavo’s Cookies is a one-woman, Colorado-based cookie shop rooted in love for baking, sports, family, and a little bit of Italian tradition. Every batch is made from scratch, in small quantities, with big flavor and even bigger heart.
